Big Easy - the TV seriesBig Easy the TV series was a one hour weekly police drama that aired 1996 - 1997. Okay - maybe it was slightly more humorous than most police dramas. Based on the critically acclaimed feature film of the same name, "The Big Easy" is New Orleans. Remy McSwain, brilliant young homicide detective, is a man who knows New Orleans inside and out and plays it by instinct, never allowing his love for life to get lost in the process. Assistant District Attorney Anne Osborne is confronting the City for the first time. Used to playing things by the book, she frequently finds herself lost without a compass, the City and its people a magical and maddening puzzle. Thrown together professionally, Remy and Anne can't avoid their own sexual chemistry as they're drawn into the exotic gumbo of life in the Crescent City, where no investigation is an end in itself, but like "The Big Easy", a spider web of adventure, intrigue and romance. |
